Reed HR are looking for a 3-month temporary HR Advisor to support our client based in Holborn. In this role you will provide comprehensive HR support across the business, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. This role is crucial in driving engagement and supporting talent development in line with strategic goals. You will work closely with HR leadership teams and be involved in managing and contributing to multiple projects.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Employee Relations & HR Support: Provide guidance on HR policies, manage employee relations cases, and support conflict resolution and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with recruitment processes, support the onboarding of new employees, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Performance Management & Learning Development: Support the performance appraisal process and coordinate learning and development programs.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and manage HR records and system updates.
  • Compensation, Benefits & Wellbeing: Administer payroll, manage benefits, and contribute to well-being initiatives.
  • HR Projects & Change Management: Assist in organisational change, workforce planning, and continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • HR Experience: Proven experience in an HR advisory role, preferably within a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Employment Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex employee relations cases with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • HR Systems & Data Management: Experience using HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Organisation & Attention to Detail: Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
