We are recruiting HR Advisor ( Maternity cover ) for a NFP organisation You will provide first-class and comprehensive HR support across the business, managing the employee lifecycle, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations. You will play a key role in maintaining HR operations and driving people-related projects to ensure smooth processes and a positive workplace environment.Hybrid working - minimum 2 days in their London Office , and this is a 12 month contract and need someone to start in December 2024The RoleAdminister employee records, payroll inputs, and benefits administration. Ensure smooth handling of joiners, leavers, pay reviews, and bonus processing.Manage recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers and external agencies to attract top talent.Provide first-line HR advice on policies, contracts, and employee issues. Monitor and manage sickness, holidays, and absence cases.Coordinate internal and external training programs. Assist in implementing new HR strategies, manage the HRIS system, and contribute to initiatives The CandidateExperienced HR Advisor Strong HR administration skills, with experience in payroll management and employee benefits.Confident in using HR software and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Previous experience using HR systems CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).IMPORTANT NOTEOur aim is to respond to all successful applications within 5 days.
