Are you an experienced HR Advisor?

Are you available immediately for a 6-month Temp contract?

We are working with a fantastic charitable organisation who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor with ER experience to join their national HR team.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Work closely with HR colleagues ensuring delivery of a first class, professional and consistent service, sharing knowledge and experience and contributing to / leading on the development of employee relations case management processes.
  • To be part of a remote based national team and be able to engage effectively with employees, managers and HR team colleagues in a remote working environment, travelling on occasions as required.
  • Provide day to day support and advice to line managers and employees on the full remit of employee relations matters, including a supporting role by coaching and mentoring managers to be able to fulfil their role as people managers on a day-to-day basis inline with policies and processes.
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR policy, procedures and written guidance for managers and employees
  • Support the implementation, interpretation and evaluation of HR policy, procedures and written guidance for managers and employees, ensuring they are applied consistently across the customer base and wider HR team.
  • To be responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date case logs and case files for all case work, in line with HR team processes and best practice
  • Keep abreast of changes in legislation; contribute to the development and implementation of any new or revised policy. Understand and interpret legislation, advising managers of the relevant changes in employment legislation, as appropriate.

To be successful in this role you will have experience iat least HR Advisor level with experience in Employee Relations. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills who can engage effectively with employees, managers, and colleagues in a remote working environment, as well as Proven experience of applying HR policies and procedures, employment law and best practice.

Experience of working either in a stand-alone HR role or in a role that requires excellent initiative and continuous proactive ways of working will see you excel in this role.
