As a HR Advisor, you will collaborate with your team and the wider business to foster a positive work culture that aligns with our values. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with employment law legislation.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Oversee day-to-day employee relations, including formal processes, management support, and addressing employment-related issues.
  • Provide HR advisory service to managers, ensuring best practice in staff management.
  • Support employment law compliance and company policy administration.
  • Contribute to wellbeing projects and initiatives to promote a healthy workplace.
  • Recommend new approaches and procedures for continual business and development improvements.
  • Assist with payroll activities and the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
  • Actively promote equality, diversity, and inclusion within the organisation.
  • Engage in ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
  • Proficient in managing employee relations and interpreting employment law.
  • Strong planning, organisation, communication, and mediation skills.
  • Experience with payroll and HR systems and databases.
  • Resilient and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Recruitment and selection experience is preferred.
