Your new company

Working for a prestigious and well known Entertainment BusinessThis is a 5 day a week office based roleYour new role

Working in a team of 3 HR Advisors, you will be reporting directly into the HR Director and provide HR generalist advice to managers and employees with a head count of around 800. This will include managing employee relations cases, including grievances, probations and performance. Advising managers on best practice, policy and procedures, onboarding and off boarding and managing the full employee lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed
