- Provide professional HR advice and support to line managers and employees on a range of HR matters.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance on performance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist with training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Conduct regular HR metrics analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture and employee engagement strategies.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
