HR Advisor£40,000 - £45,000CityTHE COMPANY: A professional services company located in the heart of the City are looking for an HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.THE ROLE: As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR function and enhancing our employee experience. You will work closely with management and staff to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Your expertise will be vital in driving employee engagement and supporting our strategic HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional HR advice and support to line managers and employees on a range of HR matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance on performance management and disciplinary procedures.
  • Assist with training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Conduct regular HR metrics analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture and employee engagement strategies.
THE PERSON:Qualifications:
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
