NRL are recruiting on hehalf or our client, a National Engineering Contractor. This will be a hybrid role consisting of a blend of work from the London office, home working and visits to East Anglia and the Midlands. A car allowance will be provided.

The HR team primarily supports the operations and functional teams in the Engineering business. The team has evolved over a short period of time, expanded and is transitioning to best support the needs of the organisation. Project activities are governed by the HR Plan, which allows us to prioritise both business critical and value-add assignments. Day-to-day duties are changeable, dependent on the needs of the business. Therefore, the team is continually flexible, adaptable and resilient. The business is structured into 3 core areas; the North, the South and Energy. Each area has a dedicated HR Business Partner and HR Advisor who have an operational reporting line into the respective Regional Managing Director.

Qualifications/Experience:

Relevant experience in a similar HR role
Ideally CIPD level 3 or higher (not essential)
