Key responsibilities include:

  • Advise employees and managers on employee-related issues
  • HR related projects when required
  • Assess the effectiveness of organisational changes using data-driven insights
  • Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and sensitivity
  • Boost employee engagement and morale by fostering a positive work environment
  • Support the design and delivery of training programs and workshops for employees and managers

What you bring:

  • CIPD or similar qualification
  • Solid understanding of local employment legislation
  • Strong attention to detail when maintaining accurate data
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage unexpected challenges
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite and ideally knowledge of HRIS D365 and PowerBI
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
