Our client is a global leader in professional services across various industry sectors, currently seeking an HR Advisor to join their team in London and support a significant transformation, aiming to consolidate teams and optimise operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advise employees and managers on employee-related issues
- HR related projects when required
- Assess the effectiveness of organisational changes using data-driven insights
- Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and sensitivity
- Boost employee engagement and morale by fostering a positive work environment
- Support the design and delivery of training programs and workshops for employees and managers
What you bring:
- CIPD or similar qualification
- Solid understanding of local employment legislation
- Strong attention to detail when maintaining accurate data
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage unexpected challenges
- Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite and ideally knowledge of HRIS D365 and PowerBI
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
This role offers a salary range of £50,000 - £55,000.
