HR Advisor - End-to-End Global Mobility

Location: London, UK Type: Fixed-Term Contract

Our client is an international energy company committed to driving the energy transition. We are seeking a talented HR Advisor to join our Global People Management team, taking responsibility for end-to-end global mobility within their Iraq team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the mobilization process for international employees, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Advise on company policies and procedures related to international employees.
• Ensure adherence to UK and international employment laws, as well as GDPR regulations.
• Monitor payroll and expense reports and ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain employee files and trackers and ensure compliance with record-keeping and data-processing policies.
• Manage internal and external service providers, track performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay updated on global mobility trends and best practices through industry conferences and training.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and with local subsidiaries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations with a focus on global mobility.
• Strong knowledge of UK and international employment law.
• Fluent English and additional languages are beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
