We’re looking for a confident HR Advisor to join a dynamic, ambitious and growing organisation based in London (operating across a hybrid model). As the HR Advisor you will play a pivotal part in shaping and aligning the HR processes across a global scale! This is no ordinary advisory role - it’s a chance to immerse yourself in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll:

  • Support across the Employee Lifecycle, Acting as a true generalist with no employee relations activity.
  • Work closely with the Head of Reward and Head of Talent Development to align processes and procedures internationally.
  • Manage and contribute to multiple projects, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Develop your skills and expertise by tackling new challenges whilst working alongside senior leaders.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Confidence and Communication Skills - The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and deliver results with clarity and impact.
  • HR Generalist Experience - A solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and a willingness to expand your expertise into reward and talent development (perhaps with a desire to specialise)
  • Comfort with working at pace and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive approach, an eye for detail, and the ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
