Hamlin Knight are delighted to partner with our client, supporting with the recruitment of an experienced People Advisor, specialising in Employee Relations activities. You will work closely with the national managers, providing advice and training on all aspects of employee relations activities.

There is some national travel so a driving licence is essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Advising and coaching on grievances, disciplinaries, inductions, probationary reviews, exit interviews and long term sick.
  • Providing support on TUPE and redundancies
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are revised in accordance to any legislative changes
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance and managing employee data
  • Supporting with the onboarding and recruitment process

Experience/skills

  • Willing to travel throughout the UK - Clean driving license and own car required
  • Ideally experienced of working in Multi Sites
  • Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel including (macros, formulas, pivot tables & vlookup).
  • CIPD qualification or similar advantageous
