We are seeking a HR Advisor to join a dynamic team, contributing to projects, operational excellence, and employee development.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives on variety, as the responsibilities span HR support, TUPE processes, training, and more.

Your Responsibilities as the HR Advisor:

  • HR Support: Provide advice to managers, handle Employee Relations, ensure compliance, and manage employee benefits.
  • TUPE & Mobilisations: Lead TUPE processes and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Training: Deliver HR training sessions and enhance onboarding experiences.
  • Projects & Reporting: Support diversity initiatives, HR projects, and analyse data to drive improvements.
  • Engagement & Communication: Organise events, improve HR communications, and support social media engagement.

Key skills for the HR Advisor:

  • Have strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Be organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving improvements.
  • Be confident delivering HR training and supporting recruitment processes when required.
