A Management Consultancy are looking for an approachable, confident HR Advisor on a part time basis.

You will assist with the development and implementation of the company’s HR function, in support of the whole business. You will also be responsible for helping the Head of HR to develop HR policies, update documents, support end-to-end recruitment whilst sourcing, co-ordinating and administering training and development across the company.

This would suit a very organised and eager individual who is highly motivated and proactive team player will also be very beneficial.

It is vital that the successful candidate is incredibly switched on and articulate with excellent interpersonal communication skills. They are looking for someone level-headed who is used to fast paced and able to use your own initiative.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Degree educated
  • Experience in Employee Relations essential
  • CIPD Level 5
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor/Generalist
  • Positive work ethic and a muck in attitude
  • Confident liaising with senior level individuals
  • Resilient and professionalism
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good people and communication skills
  • Team player
