6 month Fixed Term Contract for an HR Advisor to join a highly regarded Not for Profit organisation serving the local community.
The role supports their network of staff and volunteers and has a focus on employee relations and project work.
Duties:
- Employee relations - focus on absence management and conduct
- Policy update and review
- Project work to support upcoming HRIS systems upgrade
- Process improvement initiatives
- Change management
- Wellbeing and culture
- Ad-hoc support to volunteer onboarding team
Ideal experience:
- Previous experience in HR including case management
- Able to advise on employment law
- Experience of a multisite or 24 hour operational setting desirable - retail, hospitality, healthcare etc
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across all levels.
