As our HR advisor, you will work as part of the HR team assisting the provision of a streamlined recruitment function to stakeholders and managers. Ensuring the service we provide enables the effective recruitment and selection of high-quality employees.You will be required to provide high quality, fast responsive administrative support to stakeholders/managers and wider team by:

  • Ensuring accurate, compliant and timely processing of HR transactions and data (e.g. new joiners, contractual changes, leavers) within service standards and deadlines.
  • Ensuring all contractual documents are compliant with procedures and statutory legislation.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance in respect of HR policies and procedures across the employment lifecycle. Where needed the HR Services Administrator will refer upwards to the HR Services Advisor in the first instance
  • Have experience of the iTrent system ideally
