This role is crucial in delivering exceptional HR support aligned with best practices and current employment regulations. You will play a key role in helping us achieve the business objectives by providing a proactive and valuable generalist HR service.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to implement our people strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with Line Managers and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand departmental HR needs and provide appropriate support.
  • Mentor the HR Administrator.
  • Lead key HR projects and assist the team as needed.
  • Equip Line Managers with tools for optimal employee performance.
  • Ensure clear communication of HR policies and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Foster a productive work environment by embedding our values.
  • Identify talent development opportunities within the Field.
