HR Advisor Position
Contract Type: 1-Year Fixed Term ContractLooking for an HR Advisor within the Global People Management team. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end mobilisation process for the international employees and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with local HR teams and stakeholders based in their EMEA headquarters, specifically managing mobilisations in and to the middle east.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the complete mobility process for international employees.
- Collaborate with local HR teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a global mobility role, with hands-on experience managing the entire mobility process.
- Education: HR degree or similar preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive approach with effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to handle a high workload and adapt to business urgencies.
- Languages: Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
