Job Title: HR Advisor

Hybrid (2 days from home)
Salary: £45,000, plus discretionary bonus
6% Pension Contribution
Reporting to: Head of HR
Experience: CIPD Level 3, 5, and 7 desirable, or 5 years of work experience in a similar role

Overview:
Join us as an HR Advisor to enhance our client's strategic objectives by providing top-level HR support and insights. You will play a vital role in executing the People Plan and fostering excellence through their people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Support: Advise managers on Compass HR resources and provide expert Employee Relations support.
  • Benefits and Compliance: Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and stay updated on UK employment law.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance current HR processes while supporting Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
  • TUPE Management: Lead TUPE gain and loss processes for successful mobilizations.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the Performance and Development Review process and analyze exit interview data for improvements.
  • Onboarding and Training: Collaborate with L&D to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and deliver HR training sessions.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment processes and coordinate candidate management.

Business Communications:

  • Build strong relationships across teams and enhance internal HR communication while maintaining confidentiality.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Health and Safety policies and support financial reporting to meet business targets.
  • Contribute to contract tenders and mobilizations.
