Our client, an iconic cultural, academic and heritage institution in South West London now has an excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor to join their team for a fixed term period of 12 months.

An immediate start is available and hybrid working is offered, with a minimum of 60% of your time working from the South West London offices.

As HR Advisor, you will provide essential support to HR Business Partners, line managers and the wider HR function. You will be the first line of support to staff requiring advice on employee relations matters and you will play a key role alongside HR Business Partners in upskilling line managers capability.You will also take the lead on ensuring that HR policies and guidance are up to date and work with HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to regularly refresh and improve policy, guidance and tools.

With a proactive approach and an eye for detail, you will analyse data and identify trends and areas for continuous improvement. You will also provide support for essential HR Operations activities.

To be considered you will need to be CIPD level 3 qualified with relevant experience working in a busy HR team, providing case management advice and support on range of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, attendance and performance issues. You will also require experience of updating HR policies.

You will also need to demonstrate your ability to use your initiative to prioritise a busy and varied workload, whilst also working collaboratively as part of a wider HR team.
