Job Title: HR Advisor (Payroll and Benefits) - Temp to Perm !

Location: The City, London / Hybrid working

Salary: £44,000 p/a equivalent

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Support across the payroll process, overseeing any changes and informing external providers of amendments
  • Updating any payroll changes including leavers and other documentations, ensuring the HRIS is updated
  • Involvement in numerous HR projects across the UK and Europe
  • Reporting on HR data and metrics, presenting to necessary stakeholders
  • Continual reviewal of processes and policies to ensure it is line with best practice and Employment Law
  • Acting as the main point of contact for benefit queries, escalating to Head of Payroll and Benefits where necessary
