We are currently working in partnership with a professional membership body based in East Central London, who are looking for a HR Advisor (Recruitment) to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £34,392 to £38,440 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting the Director of HR in developing and implementing successful strategies for engaging and working with senior managers and other employees in the management of change and attainment of good HR practice
  • Developing and maintaining a learning and development strategy aligned to the organisations current and future needs and initiate talent management strategies to develop the future the leaders of the organisation
  • Overseeing and leading on HR projects, reviews, and restructure
  • Maintaining expertise and keep up to date with employment law; ensuring policies are updated and managers are informed of relevant legislative changes
  • Contributing to the organisational development of the organisation by initiating and supporting a continuous management development programme
  • Leading on the learning and development, payroll, recognition awards, and the performance management system

Experience required:

  • Experience required in public sector recruitment
  • Experience working as resourcing specialist in HR
