Your new companyWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Systems Analyst to join our team in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate management information, assisting with HR control plans, and ensuring the integrity of employee data through regular audits and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management Information Provision:Generate and provide accurate reports on headcount, turnover, employee absence, and other key metrics as part of the regular reporting cycle and on an ad-hoc basis.
  • HR Control Plans:Assist in the delivery of monthly and quarterly HR control plans, including compulsory trainings, access rights management, and wage gap analysis.
  • Data Management:Regularly check, cleanse, and audit employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Periodic Reporting:Prepare and deliver periodic reports on gender pay, block leave, ethnicity, and other relevant metrics.
  • System Reporting:Utilize in-house systems (MyDev, About Me, Edgar) to generate and analyze reports.

Essential Experience:

  • Advanced Excel Skills:Proficiency in using Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • HR Databases:Experience with HR databases and related software.
  • Data Handling:Ability to manage and manipulate large datasets in Excel.
  • HR and Finance Systems:Exposure to working with HR and finance-related software and systems.
  • Deadline Management:Proven experience in working to tight deadlines and meeting performance targets.
