The Candidate
- At least 3 years HR Generalist experience. Too junior and the candidate won't know enough, too experienced and the candidate with the right sector experience will already be on £50k+ and this role won't be sufficient for them.
- The most recent 2 years experience must be in an HR role within Private Equity, Investment Management or Asset Management in London. Other candidates will not be considered at this stage.
- Strong MS Office skills
- Must have a can-do attitude.
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to read the room.
In addition
- Equivalent to 1 day a week working remotely
- Candidates will be interviewed in person
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK - no sponsorship will be offered.
This is a highly desirable role and the firm have set their hearts on the candidate that is perfect for them. This means that they must come from the London office of a Private Markets (PE, Private Credit, Secondaries or VS) or from an Investment Management firm of comparable size, namely about 100 - 400 people.
I have advertised for a similar role quite recently and had nearly 300 responses. If I get a similar response then I won't be able to respond to applications which do not match the candidate description. This is not because I disrespect other sectors but purely because of capacity.
