Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant for a fully remote, temporary role paying 15 per hour. There is potential for the position to transition to a permanent role based on performance. The primary focus will be supporting recruitment by conducting initial screening calls, verifying right-to-work documentation, and ensuring candidates align with job specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Compensation:

  • 15 per hour.
