- Provide trusted advise and coaching to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- Support the SLT to execute HR strategies, and create performance management processes and development frameworks.
- Manage and resolve complex ER cases, in line with company policy and best practice, and effectively analyse ER-related data.
- Consistently champion the use of HR data and analytics to drive improvement and support wellbeing initiatives
- Line Management duties of 1x HR Assistant
- Work with the wider People team on ad hoc HR projects
- Demonstratable experience operating as a HR Business Partner / or equivalent
- CIPD Level 5 or above highly desirable
- Experience within the advertising / marketing industry is a huge plus
- Collaborative and innovative thinker
- Proven ability to work with discretion and build rapport with senior leaders
