  • Provide trusted advise and coaching to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • Support the SLT to execute HR strategies, and create performance management processes and development frameworks.
  • Manage and resolve complex ER cases, in line with company policy and best practice, and effectively analyse ER-related data.
  • Consistently champion the use of HR data and analytics to drive improvement and support wellbeing initiatives
  • Line Management duties of 1x HR Assistant
  • Work with the wider People team on ad hoc HR projects
  What is the company looking for? 
  • Demonstratable experience operating as a HR Business Partner / or equivalent
  • CIPD Level 5 or above highly desirable
  • Experience within the advertising / marketing industry is a huge plus
  • Collaborative and innovative thinker
  • Proven ability to work with discretion and build rapport with senior leaders
