Reed HR are working with a global consultancy based in Central London to recruit a HR Business Partner on a full time, interim basis for 3-months. Pay rate will be deemed Inside IR35 at £200 - £250 per day (depending on PAYE or Umbrella payment option). This job will operate on the hybrid working model, with some days based in the office and the rest from home each week.
This role is crucial for the development, delivery, coordination, and implementation of human resources programmes and services. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all operational HR matters in the UK and will play a key role in coordinating within the business to address ongoing and emerging business needs.
Day-to-day of the role:• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day operational HR alongside other senior specialists such as safeguarding, talent management, and compensation.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with various internal teams to support people-centred activities and priorities.• Develop and review all HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and employment law.• Act as the first point of contact for staff queries related to compensation and benefits • Advise on and guide efforts to address employee performance or conduct issues, including undertaking investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances where required.• Assist the Senior Leadership Team in developing comprehensive succession and workforce plans.• Serve as the first point of contact to interpret policies and procedures, providing guidance accordingly.• Leverage data and insights to identify trends, inform solutions, and help shape the overall employee experience.• Conduct input and review of monthly payroll for UK staff with the payroll team.• Manage and develop individuals within the team, fostering an environment where all talent is nurtured.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• A professional with progressive human resources experience across various HR functions.• Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.• Experience in international and culturally diverse settings.• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in HR information systems, preferably Workday.• A CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent.• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law relevant to international employment practices and cross-cultural working.
