The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will:

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert HR guidance and strategic solutions.

Lead and support business-wide change initiatives, including structural changes and organisational design.
β
Drive key HR processes such as pay reviews, talent management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
β
Oversee sensitive employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion.
β
Identify and implement people-focused initiatives aligned with the business strategic objectives.
β
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence decision-making and foster a high-performance culture.
β
Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices while keeping up with industry trends.
What Weβre Looking For
π― Proven HR Expertise β Experience in HR business partnering within complex, commercial organisations.
π Strong Employment Law Knowledge β Ability to navigate HR policies, employment law, and compliance requirements.
π Change Management & ER Experience β Expertise in handling restructures, consultations, investigations, and formal ER processes. TUPE experience is a plus.
π Analytical & Process-Driven β Strong attention to detail, numeracy skills, and the ability to manage HR systems effectively.
