What You'll Do: As our HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing operational people strategies that align with our vision. Your expertise will help us build a culture of high performance, collaboration, and trust. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising and coaching managers on employee performance and behaviour.
  • Promoting employee engagement initiatives and recommending actions to boost morale and productivity.
  • Serving as the go-to contact for employee relations issues, guiding conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Supporting performance management processes, including goal setting and development plans.
  • Partnering with management to address talent gaps and retention challenges.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) initiatives.

Who You Are: We're looking for a proactive and CIPD-qualified HR professional with at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in the food & drink sector or charity environment. You should possess:

  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practises.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A self-starter mindset, capable of making decisions and working under pressure.
