What You'll Do: As our HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing operational people strategies that align with our vision. Your expertise will help us build a culture of high performance, collaboration, and trust. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising and coaching managers on employee performance and behaviour.
- Promoting employee engagement initiatives and recommending actions to boost morale and productivity.
- Serving as the go-to contact for employee relations issues, guiding conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Supporting performance management processes, including goal setting and development plans.
- Partnering with management to address talent gaps and retention challenges.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) initiatives.
Who You Are: We're looking for a proactive and CIPD-qualified HR professional with at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in the food & drink sector or charity environment. You should possess:
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practises.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities.
- A self-starter mindset, capable of making decisions and working under pressure.
