Your new companyYou will be working for a well established IT support company based in Central London.This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 2-3 days per week with the remaining days as WFH.Your new roleYou will be working as a HR Business Partner for an initial 7 month FTC.Some duties will include:
- Run full cycle annual People processes for your business areas including but not limited to Performance Management, Talent reviews and eNPS.
- Design and deliver People Strategy for your business areas.
- Understand the data and insight available on engagement, performance and workforce trends and propose proactive solutions.
- Partner and coach customers.
- Collaborate with leaders and the internal People team to deliver business change, continually evolve the colleague experience and business change, recruitment etc.
- Managing ER cases and influencing stakeholders/collaborating at all levels.
