HR Business Partner – Strategic & Operational Focus£50,000 + Benefits (Including Private Medical!)Office Based in North London. JGA are partnering with an exciting retail and logistics client, seeking an experienced HR Business Partner supporting strategic and operational HR initiatives.Working closely with senior leaders across head office and regional sites, you’ll deliver expert advice on complex ER matters, change management, and organisational development.Key focus areas:
  • Complex employee relations (grievances, disciplinary, absence)
  • Leading restructuring and change programmes
  • Supporting employment tribunals and managing risk
  • Driving wellbeing and engagement initiatives
  • Innovating HR practices and toolkits
