Reporting into the Head of HR, with support from an HR Advisor, this role will be pivotal in driving organisational growth through the HR strategy, through delivery of projects and comprehensive support to the management team including resourcing, employee relations and learning and development. This is a comprehensive HR Business Partnering role with autonomy over relationship building at senior level with the allocated schools and you will be joining a supportive and close-knit team. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office available.
