About the role..
As HR Business Partner you will act as a strategic partner to the business leaders of the London office, you will advise and support employees through the full employee lifecycle ensuring. You will be responsible for proactive HR solutions and support the senior leaders to achieve the businesses objectives and foster a high performing team. Your client group is c100 with a blend of corporate services and the wider subsurface teams, some members of the teams you support will be dispersed globally.

As they continue to grow this role will support the development of the culture, engagement and diversity and inclusion. This role reports to the Head of HR and is part of a team of 5 in HR including 2 additional HRBP's.
Key responsibilities of the role:
路You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, mobility to exit inclusive of working with the L&D coordinator on assessing employee training needs
路First point of contact for employee relations, addressing and advising on processes and best practise. Upskilling managers on managing performance and supporting their teams.
路Work with senior leadership on ensuring clear development plans are in place to align with business needs.
路Employee engagement, working with the HR team to roll out the engagement survey and ensure actions are taken on the feedback
路Support Payroll - this role does not run payroll as they have a provider but you must have experience understanding payroll actions, reviewing and making changes where needed.
About you..
As an experience HR generalist you will be used to working collaboratively in a 'all hands on deck' team, happy to work with autonomy and support the business through growth.
路Experienced HR generalist that can evidence partnering with senior leaders to support team and business growth and performance.
路Experience leading the end-to-end employee lifecycle with a continuous improvement mindset, policy and process review.
路Excellent UK employment law and employee relations experience
路Worked employee engagement initiatives - surveys, wellbeing and EDI
路Although sector experience is not essential ideally you would have worked in a SME growing business across in the commercial industry sectors.
路CIPD or equivalent qualification

Location: London, Hybrid working 4 days in office
(Two Fridays a month you are able to finish at 1pm)
Salary: 拢60,000 + 25% bonus and excellent benefits
