HR Consultant - Hybrid Working - Inside IR35

Our client, a leading global Insurance company, are currently looking to hire an experienced HR Consultant to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis.

Responsibilities:

Help establish good foundations for an in house shared service centre
Creating a view & strategy to implement in house shared services
Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects
Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues
Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as a HR Consultant for large global organisations
Workday experience would be beneficial
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
Ability to strategise and formulate business plans
An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and consulting skills
