This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced environment while working remotely.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert Employee Relations (ER) advice and coaching to line managers and business leads, ensuring adherence to HR policies and guidance.
  • Stay informed on the latest case law and best practices to educate and empower line managers in managing ER cases effectively.
  • Offer guidance to employees on HR policies and processes when required.
  • Manage people-related issues with efficiency and timeliness.
  • Foster positive, collaborative relationships across departments and with managers.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HR interventions and tools, and their practical application.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it).
  • Exceptional communication skills across various mediums.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven influencing skills to support the implementation of robust ER processes, reducing risk while enhancing the colleague experience.
  • Solid decision-making abilities, balancing analysis, experience, and perspective to make timely, informed choices.
