Randstad is partnered with a global fintech leader who is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their expanding team in London.

In this impactful role, you will:

  • Support HR Service Delivery: Assist in designing, implementing, and improving HR processes across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.
  • Gain Experience as a Trusted Resource: Learn to provide excellent support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and benefits while building relationships.
  • Contribute to Operational Efficiency: Assist in managing a range of HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop Analytical Skills: Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and support data-driven HR initiatives.
  • Thrive in a Collaborative Environment: Partner with the HR team and stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services and exceptional employee experiences.

What you bring to the table:

  • 1-2 years of HR administrative or coordination experience is a plus (internships and volunteer experience count!).
  • A passion for HR and a desire to build a successful career in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a plus, given the company's global reach.
