Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update staff records, including daily updates to the learning and development system.
- Organise company-wide and individual training, manage bookings, liaise with suppliers, and confirm training arrangements.
- Facilitate the development and maintenance of the company’s annual training plan, tracking the learning and development budget.
- Draft and publish communications and newsletters supporting staff professional development.
- Coordinate full-day learning events such as Learning Days and Patients and Carers Conferences, handling registrations and preparing event materials.
- Collaborate with managers to identify team learning needs and develop suitable training plans.
- Lead the Employee Recognition Awards and maintain the recognition award budget tracker.
- Book training, monitor evaluation forms, and ensure data is accurately inputted into the appropriate systems on a monthly basis.
- Assist with the management of programs such as appraisals and coaching initiatives.
- Produce monthly management information reports.
- Organise and conduct new starter inductions.
- Assist with invoice management and updates to the HR intranet.
- Support HR projects, attend company meetings, and represent HR in working groups.
- Provide HR-related administrative support and cover for colleagues when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- DBS check required.
- Assist in maintaining the learning and development budget.
- Undertake additional duties as needed to support business needs.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and promote equality and diversity in all tasks.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in learning and development or HR administration.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with managers and staff.

- Salary: £34,932 - £38,440 per annum

- Location: On-site, London office
- Probationary period: 6 months
- Holiday: 28 days annual leave (including public holidays)
