We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Administrator to join our client's dynamic organisation. As HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's growth and success.

JOB TITLE: HR Officer

INDUSTRY: Creative

CONTRACT: Permanent

SALARY: This is a part-time position, with 25 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of c£35,000 (pro-rata).

LOCATION: West End, very little travel to the office

Full Details:

  • Maintain and update the HR system to ensure accurate employee data management.
  • Offer sound generalist HR advice, utilising your knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Administer recruitment processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and compliance procedures.
  • Handle benefits administration to ensure efficient and accurate processes.
  • Oversee contracts and policy administration, ensuring compliance throughout the organisation.
  • Submit monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Support the management team with ad hoc project work.
  • Handle day-to-day HR tasks, including managing sickness, absence, and holidays effectively.

The Person: Skills and Experience

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of UK employment law.
  • Showcase the ability to work independently and handle general HR queries via phone and email.
