Reed HR are recruiting for a prestigious luxury retail brand known for its exquisite products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Officer to join the team and contribute to their success. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to support the delivery of strategic and operating plans.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
  • Conduct performance reviews and recommend development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification 
  • Minimum 4 years experience within HR
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Passion for the luxury retail industry.
