HR Officer (Location: South East, London)
This school is seeking an experiencedHR Officerto join their team and support the Head of HR in managing all aspects of the schools HR function. You will play a crucial role in recruitment, HR administration, and maintaining staff records, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and employment policies.
Contract Type: Term-time + 2 weeks
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £29,249 - £30,156 per annum (actual salary)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Oversee DBS checks, visitor management, and employee records.
- Assist with compliance, census submissions, and statistical returns.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in HR.
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and databases.
- Experience in recruitment and HR administration (school experience desirable).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
