The Role

 

This is the lead HR role within the organisation, with line management responsibility for our HR Coordinator, supported periodically by an external HR Consultant.  This vital management role oversees the delivery of an effective HR service to all staff members, taking into account legal and best practice needs, aligning with organisational challenges and requirements. The HR Officer will be integral to the running of our school, responsible for ensuring that leaders, managers and employees receive the support necessary to be successful in delivering education to students.

Salary: From £35,000 per annum 

 

Hours

 

Monday - Wednesday  - 8.30am - 4.30pm
Thursday - 8.30am - 6.00pm
Friday - 8.30am - 4.00pm

 

You will need

 

Essential

 

  • Qualifications in: GCSE in Maths and English at C or above. A-Level or above. Degree or equivalent.  

     

    CIPD qualified, Level 5 or above or equivalent. Ideally Level 7 or Chartered CIPD

     

    Experience in generalist HR Practice, recruitment, managing and advising on employee relations cases in all areas of HR
