HR Operations AdvisorJob Type: Full-time, PermanentLocation: West LondonSalary: £32,000 to £37,000 (dependent on experience) We are seeking a mid-senior HR Coordinator with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and will manage a variety of duties including absence management, employee relations and administrative tasks. No previous qualifications are required for this role. The working hours are 5 days in the office initially, transitioning to a hybrid arrangement after the probation period. Shift patterns of 9am - 6pm or 8am - 5pm are available, with the requirement to work one late shift from 12pm - 9pm once a fortnight. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • No formal qualifications are necessary, but relevant HR experience is essential.
