HR Operations Advisor

  • Location - West London
  • Salary - 35k - 40k per annum
  • Working pattern - 4 days per week in the office and 1 day from home.
  • Term - Full Time/ Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional HR advice and guidance in line with company policy and procedures to managers and employees.
  • Manage/Support with ER issues as required; for example handling disciplinaries, capability and grievance hearings and long term/ short term absence management.
  • Provide additional support throughout the recruitment process as required, including review of job descriptions, and managing the governance process.
  • Provide support for HR change activities and projects
  • Deliver training to managers and employees as required including Inductions, coaching on ER and other HR initiatives.

About You

  • Operated at HR Officer, generalist or HR Advisor level.
  • Experience in the Food services or manufacturing sector, desirable.
  • Proven experience handling ER Cases.
  • Proven knowledge of HR best practice and employment law.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • CIPD level 3 qualification, advantageous
