The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and will manage a variety of duties including absence management, employee relations and administrative tasks. No previous qualifications are required for this role. The working hours are 5 days in the office initially, transitioning to a hybrid arrangement after the probation period. Shift patterns of 9am - 6pm or 8am - 5pm are available, with the requirement to work one late shift from 12pm - 9pm once a fortnight.Â
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- No formal qualifications are necessary, but relevant HR experience is essential.
