  • Offering comprehensive support in all relevant HR processes and practices across the countries within scope and various HR disciplines
  • Serving as the primary contact and subject matter expert on HR policies
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of employment law regulations across multiple regions
  • Partnering with other HR functions as needed in consultation with the broader HR team
  • Managing the full Employee Life Cycle
  • Providing data and insights to drive the benefits and leave administration
  • Assisting with training associates on RH Operations, onboarding, processing changes, and mentoring
  • Reporting and analytics

Skills and experience:You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:

  • Previous experience with applying HR functional concepts into practice with guidance
  • Proven capability to utilize data to support decision-making
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply foundations of change management
  • Willingness to contribute to complex projects by identifying critical paths and key risks
  • Tech savvy to mange technology-related queries
  • Strong willingness to participate in DE&I activities

Responsibilities:

Understanding clients, operations, capabilities, strategy and goals to contribute towards projects and process improvements.

Desired Experience:

Prior experience within the Financial Services industry to support with day-to-day HR administration
