Are you an experienced HR Pensions Consultant looking to make a significant impact? Join our client's dedicated team, supporting the trustees of their UK and Ireland pension arrangements.

As a key member of a small team, you will work with a diverse range of pension plans, including a combined DB and DC Pension Plan with approximately £4bn in assets, alongside various legacy plans. Your expertise will ensure that these plans are governed to the highest standards and comply with UK Pensions legislation.

Key Responsibilities:�? Ensure effective governance of pension plans in line with the Trustee business plan.?? Facilitate and manage recurring and one-off pension projects, such as investment de-risking and GMP equalisation.?? Collaborate with external advisors, including actuaries and legal experts, to enhance pension management.?? Support the entire scheme lifecycle, from statutory disclosures to validating contributions.?? Address employee and member queries escalated via the pension administrator, including IDRP cases.?? Manage communication with members and employees, including newsletters and annual benefit statements.
