An award winning law firm are looking to hire a HR Project Specialist to work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver on projects end to end.
About the Role
The role will entail:
- Design and implement new HR processes and system improvements
- Create and manage projects end to end, including timelines, change and testing
- Review and analyse data in line with the business needs
- Manage relationships with stakeholders
- Manage budgets
- Change management
- Maintain and develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Act as subject matter expert
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of HR project management and demonstrable business process improvements. A Prince2 qualification or similar is highly desirable and experience of working internationally in a law firm or professional services.
