Reed Talent Solutions are very happy to be working with London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), who are seeking an HR Projects Co-ordinator to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with experience in HR as a Senior HR Advisor or a Junior Business Partner, looking to delve into project-focused tasks. The position involves working on various HR projects, particularly within recruitment and policy updates, without the responsibilities of people management or handling routine HR queries.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee and refine the recruitment process, including updating templates and pulling together recruitment procedures.
  • Update the intranet with relevant HR content and work closely with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to integrate recruitment modules via LinkedIn Learning.
  • Develop and update policy guidance documents, particularly focusing on sickness and absence management.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure managers have up-to-date guidance and support.
  • Create and revise HR-related templates, such as those used during the probation process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in HR projects, particularly within recruitment and policy development.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation.
  • Previous experience working closely with a communications department to disseminate policy updates across a business.
  • Practical experience in a Junior HR Business Partner role or as a Senior HR Advisor with project management exposure is desirable.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Teams for virtual collaboration and interviews.
