About the RoleAs the HR Specialist you will play a vital part in supporting the on-boarding process for interns in Spain, Italy, and France, ensuring that mandatory Internship Agreements are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities- Manage Internship Agreements - Ensure accurate completion of internship agreements by coordinating with candidates, universities, and internal HR teams.
- Data Management - Input and review internship agreement details daily to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication - Act as a key liaison between hiring managers, HR personnel, universities, and candidates, providing updates and resolving any issues.
- Candidate On-boarding Support - Assist in tracking and supporting candidates throughout their internship agreement process.
- Problem-Solving & Compliance - Address queries from managers and new hires while ensuring all agreements align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Language Proficiency - Fluency in English and either Italian or French (C1 level) is essential.
- Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Organizational Skills - Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Communication Excellence - Ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Ability - Proactive in resolving challenges and identifying process improvements.
