Portfolios are proud to be representing a leading global investment firm who are seeking a senior analyst to work within the wider HR team. This role be responsible for managing the department's ticket queue in the case management system, triaging incoming work, and resolving tickets, queries, and requests related to HR Services program administration. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive, with experience working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve incoming requests related to HR processes and systems.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and customer service support.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address issues and ensure efficient resolutions.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as onboarding, reporting, and data management.
  • Support annual HR processes and initiatives.
  • Contribute to developing streamlined procedures and project documentation.
  • Provide mentorship to team members as needed.

To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have the following:

  • Post-secondary education and several years of experience in an HR or administrative capacity.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and case management tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with standard software tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
