The Role:We are seeking an Interim Assistant HR Business Partner to support s healthcare organisation during a crucial period of transformation and growth. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality people solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with managers and teams to provide HR guidance on people-related matters
  • Support HR initiatives, including workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management
  • Assist in delivering HR projects aligned with organisational goals
  • Provide advice on policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment law
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics to drive data-led decision-making.
Desirable Skills:
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in HR business partnering, advisory, or generalist roles (preferably in healthcare or a related sector)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience handling ER cases, change management, and HR projects.
